The company Corp. W2B ENTERTAINMENT, with registered office in Yangjae-dong, 328-6, B1, Buseok building, Seocho-gu (Republic of Korea), is launching the prize contest named “OKSU TAKES YOU TO KOREA”, which will take place according to the procedures described below.

Art. 1) TAX REPRESENTATIVE MIIORA by Daniele G. Tufano, with registered office in Corso Sebastopoli 219 – 10137 Turin

Art. 2) DELEGATED ENTITY The promoting company delegates MAX MARKETING S.r.l., with operational headquarters in Via Cassala no. 16/18 Brescia and registered office in Via F. Pontara no. 26 Concesio (BS), to carry out the administrative procedures relating to this prize contest.

Art. 3) DURATION Advertising start date: May 21, 2026 Participation period: from May 22, 2026 to June 21, 2026.

Art. 4) GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE Entire national territory and the Republic of San Marino.

Art. 5) RECIPIENTS OF THE PRIZE CONTEST The prize contest is aimed at adult consumers, resident or domiciled in Italy or the Republic of San Marino (hereinafter briefly referred to as "Customers");

Art. 6) PROMOTED PRODUCT "Matchati dal Sole" sunscreen.

Art. 7) PRIZE VALUE A trip to Seoul (South Korea) for 2 people with an indicative value of € 4,100.00. The travel package includes:

• direct flight departing from Milan Malpensa or Rome Fiumicino airport, chosen by the winner, in economy class;

• checked baggage + cabin baggage (for baggage dimensions and weight, refer to the carrier's conditions in force at the time of departure);

• stay in a 3-star hotel in Seoul for 4 nights with accommodation only and breakfast;

• 1 half-day activity related to the beauty and skincare world with Marco (SeoulMafia); • transfers from the airport to the hotel in Seoul by public transport and vice versa;

• medical and baggage insurance

• period of use between January 15 and March 15, 2027, subject to availability and indications from Blueberry Travel Company.

Excluded from the package are:

• transport costs to travel from one's home to the departure airport and return to one's home;

• local excursions and tips;

• everything not indicated as included.

It is specified that

• the winner has the option to use the travel package without an accompanying person, by notifying this at the time of acceptance;

• the main traveler must be an adult; if the accompanying person is a minor, specific documentation (affidavit) must be provided;

• the winner may transfer the prize to third parties; in this case, the name of the transferee and their accompanying person must be communicated at the time of acceptance;

• it is the winner's responsibility to verify that they possess all the required, valid, and necessary documents for entry into the Republic of Korea, for themselves and for their accompanying person.

Art. 8) TERMS OF PARTICIPATION To participate in this prize contest, customers must purchase "Matchati dal Sole" sunscreen on the website www.oksubeauty.com during the validity period indicated in these regulations. For each promoted product purchased, a participation entry will be granted, valid for the prize draw. Each Customer can participate multiple times, accumulating further entries by making multiple purchases during the validity period. In case of a total or partial return of the order, any participation entries accrued in relation to the returned order will be automatically cancelled. All eligible participants will be entered into a specific database, from which a random draw will be conducted using a computerized random selection procedure for the prize assignment. The draw will take place by July 3, 2026, in the presence of a notary or the official in charge of consumer protection and public faith at the Chamber of Commerce of Brescia. In addition to the winner, 10 reserve names will be drawn, who will substitute, in order of drawing, in the following cases:

• inability to locate the winner;

• failure to send, within the specified deadlines, the documentation required for prize acceptance.

Art. 9) WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE ACCEPTANCE The winner will be contacted by phone and email at the address provided during registration. Within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the win notification, the winner must send the Promoting Company the prize acceptance form duly completed in all its parts, attaching a copy of a valid personal identification document. At the time of acceptance, the winner must provide the details of their accompanying person. If the requested documentation is not received within the indicated deadlines, or is incomplete or non-compliant, the winner will forfeit the right to the prize. In this case, the first reserve on the list will be contacted, who must accept the prize using the same methods and timelines as specified for the original winner.

Art. 10) NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION BENEFICIARY In case of depletion of the reserve list and consequent impossibility of assignment, the prize will be donated to 3 VOLONTARI AMBULANZA VILLA CARCINA Via Monte Guglielmo, 6 - 25069 Villa Carcina (BS) C.F. 83002630172 In case of express waiver, the prize will remain at the disposal of the promoting company.

Art. 11) PRIZE DELIVERY The travel voucher will be sent to the winner within 30 days from the prize assignment date. Once the voucher is received, the prize will be considered fully delivered. In case of non-use, for reasons not attributable to the Promoting Company, the prize will be considered regularly assigned and the winner will have no claim.

Art. 12) FULFILLMENTS, GUARANTEES AND CLARIFICATIONS

a) In compliance with the requirements of Presidential Decree 430/2001 art. 7, an adequate deposit is provided to guarantee the entire prize pool;

b) the website www.oksubeauty.com is based on Shopify, a global cloud service with data centers distributed in various regions, managed by enterprise-level infrastructures. The promoting company has set up a data replication service for participants on a server located in Italian territory.

c) The software system that performs the draw is developed by the delegated company, which issues a specific technical report;

d) the promoting company declines all responsibility for any access problems, impediments, dysfunctions or difficulties concerning technical tools, computers, telephone lines, cables, electronics, software and hardware, transmission and connection, internet connection, accessibility to the online contest and the mobile and fixed telephone network that may prevent a user from participating in the contest. It also declines all responsibility for problems caused by the configuration of the user's computer/device that may affect the user's performance during participation;

e) the promoting company assumes no responsibility in case of non-delivery of the winning notice due to the indication of incorrect or untruthful email addresses and/or personal data by the winners or for technical or delivery problems not attributable to it; f) the correspondence and veracity of the data provided at the time of registration are essential conditions for participation; violation will result in the cancellation of the prize or the impediment of participation in the draw;

g) the promoting company reserves the right to proceed, in the terms deemed most appropriate, and in compliance with current laws, to limit and inhibit any initiative aimed at circumventing, in a manner deemed incorrect, the "system" of this prize contest.

Art. 13) WAIVER OF RECOVERY The promoting company declares to waive the right to recover withholding tax in favor of the winners pursuant to art. 30 D.P.R. 29 September 1973 n. 600.

Art. 15) PROCESSING OF PARTICIPANTS' PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR") and current national legislation on personal data protection, the promoting company informs that the personal data provided by participants during their participation in this prize contest will be processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, and confidentiality.

The data controller is W2B ENTERTAINMENT, with registered office in Yangjae-dong, 328-6, B1, Buseok Building, Seocho-gu, Republic of Korea.

The data processor for the Italian territory is MIIORA di Daniele G. Tufano, with registered office in Corso Sebastopoli 219 – 10137 Turin.

The personal data collected (such as, by way of example, name, surname, email address, telephone number, data relating to purchases made) will be processed for the following purposes:

• to allow participation in the prize contest;

• to manage activities related to the assignment and delivery of the prize;

• to comply with legal and regulatory obligations;

• with the express consent of the data subject, for marketing purposes and sending commercial communications relating to the products and services of the promoting company.

The provision of data for the purpose of participating in the contest is mandatory; failure to provide data will make it impossible to participate in the contest. The provision of data for marketing purposes is optional and subject to the consent of the data subject.

Data processing will be carried out using manual and IT tools, in compliance with the security measures provided by current legislation, in order to guarantee the protection and confidentiality of the data.

The data may be communicated to third parties involved in the organization and management of the contest (such as, by way of example, delegated companies, technical and IT service providers, logistics partners), appointed, where necessary, as data processors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR.

Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, particularly to the Republic of Korea, in compliance with the guarantees provided by the GDPR.

The data will be stored for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above and, in any case, for a period not exceeding that provided for by applicable law.

At any time, the data subject may exercise the rights provided for in articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, by sending a request to the contact details of the Data Controller.

Art. 16) ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS Participation in this prize contest implies the full and unconditional acceptance, by the participants, of all the clauses of these regulations.
