Our 14-day return policy means that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, log in to the site and go to “My Account,” where you can start the self-service return process, or contact us at info@mahrstore.com.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it quickly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products). We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once your return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for EU Orders
If your order is shipped to an EU address, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason, without giving any justification. As above, items must be in the condition you received them: unopened, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive your refund automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
